YCW CAR WASH FOR THE HOMELESS
The Car wash event, by our YCW group, was a great success. The weather was fantastic. The young people made £268.20p. One satisfied customer phoned up to praise the young people involved. She arrived for Mass and left her car with them. When Mass was finished, her car was ready and cleaned to a very high standard! It is hoped that some of the young people will take the money to one of our homelessness charities to experience the work going on personally. But they have more events in the pipeline to make even more money for the homeless.
