St. Mary's with St.Patrick's 3s to 11s Group

All are welcome

The 3s to 11s group is made up of a small group of children (aged 3-11) who meet once every four weeks. The group is led by three adults: Jane, Maggie and Miriam.
The aim of the group is for the children to access the Liturgy of the Word through a 'child friendlier' version of the Gospel reading and through the form of pictures, either pre made or the children's own.
The children go to their group at the beginning of Mass and return after the homily, when they proceed with the offertory gifts and their pictures to Fr. Phil. They return to sit with their families after the offertory procession.

The group would like to share with you some of their recent work.

We have been listening to the story about The Good Samaritan who helped a person that had been attacked and robbed whilst on his way to Jericho. Jesus tells us that we must be ready to help whoever needs us, because eveyone is our neighbour.
